Commissions The Turner's Workshop will accept commissions of all sorts. This page shows some examples of the wide range of commissions I have undertaken. Oak Staircase Spindles Turned to match existing spindles in a Listed building Mahogany Candle Sticks
These genuine Mahogany candle sticks feature a hand cut double "Barley" twist and are finished with oil and wax to give a beautiful sheen Ebonised Maple Candle Sticks Based on the design above, these candle sticks were hand made in Maple and finished with Black Ebonising Lacquer to give this elegant look These Finials were turned from Sapele to match the existing which they were to replace. Fitted to a traditional Railway Station these replacements should last for many years. Left unfinished for the client to finish themselves. Dimensions are 1200mm (4ft) long and 100mm (4") square Beech Balls Hand turned 100mm (4") diameter balls, made in unfinished Beech with a 40mm (1½") hole drilled down the centre Cigar Holder in African Blackwood

Turned in Oak to the customer's own design 70mm tall, 30mm at the widest part Distressed Serving Platter Designed to serve Tapas or similar dishes, this was one of a set of 6 serving platters. Made in Sapele and distressed using Pyrography and a Blow torch |
